Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) is a non-profit human development organization registered as a Private Voluntary Organization (PVO 17/22). ZHI's mission is to develop and deliver innovative and sustainable high-impact, integrated health interventions to the communities it serves, while strengthening existing institutions.
The Accelerated and Comprehensive HIV Care for Epidemic Control in Zimbabwe (ACCE) project is a five-year USAID/PEPFAR funded initiative. Its main objective is to complement the government of Zimbabwe's efforts towards epidemic control by efficiently identifying People Living with HIV (PLHIV), ensuring immediate linkage to treatment for newly diagnosed PLHIV, and providing ready access to antiretroviral therapy (ART) for all PLHIV on treatment, ensuring retention, and maintaining viral suppression. The program spans 9 districts in Midlands and Manicaland.
-Knowledge of health and development programs, particularly in Zimbabwe.
-Strong understanding and experience in M&E, statistics, and quality assurance/improvement for Zimbabwe.
-Cultural sensitivity and awareness of political and ethical issues in Zimbabwe.
-Capacity to manage and build the capacity of district teams.
-Ability to provide technical inputs on Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS in the ZHI network.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent ZHI to stakeholders and the NGO community.
-Proficiency in written and spoken English, including presentation and training skills.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
-Well-developed computer skills.

-Advanced qualification in Public Health, Social Sciences, Demography, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of HIV activities.
-Strong knowledge of public health programs, preferably with experience at the national level.
-Familiarity with management information systems such as EPMS, EHR, DHIS2, and DATIM.
-Proficient in developing indicators, analyzing data, and interpreting results.
-Solid knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access, with working knowledge of other Microsoft Office packages.
-Ability to interact diplomatically with all levels of the organization and MOHCC structures.
