ZBC is looking for the station manager at Khulumani FM. The incumbent reports to the Director – Radio Services and is responsible for the implementation of the station´s strategy
Duties and Responsibilities
-Plans for programming/content -Develops the station´s strategy and budget -Ensures that all revenue and content targets are for the station are met -Enhances compliance of the station to regulations of the industry -Identifies and develops new business opportunities and partnerships for business and content for the station -Ensures audience growth for the station -Supervises employees at the station -Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Experience
-Degree in Communication, Journalism and/ or Media Studies -A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
