Qualifications and Experience

-A CAF B Coaching Licence qualification.
-Have proven experience in one or more disciplines of sports

Requirements and Skills
-Effective leadership and communication skills
-Capacity to inspire and motivate players
-Strong management and conflict resolution skills
-Has good public relations
-Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
-Is a team player
-Experience in coaching for both youths and adults
-Ability to teach the fundamental stages of athlete development
