job Description

A new division in an established company is seeking to employ a full time Fitment Centre -Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a Fitment Centre in Harare. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations, driving business growth and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

❖ Oversee battery sales and fitment, tyre fitment, wheel balancing and wheel alignment as well as oil changes and vehicle servicing.
❖ Ensure that all equipment and machinery at the fitment centre are kept in good working conditions.
❖ Sourcing new business in order to grow the customer base.
❖ Resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
❖ Enforce safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
❖ Supervise and coordinate all employees at the site.
❖ Order and maintain sufficient stock levels of all products.
❖ Supervise monthly stock counts

Qualifications and Experience

❖ 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, in a fitment center or similar role.
❖ Vehicle servicing and maintenance technical knowledge.
❖ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
❖ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
❖ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
❖ Aged between 25 and 35 years.
❖ Relevant certification or a diploma in Automotive engineering or related field.
❖ A business management qualification will be an added advantage.
