We are looking for a motivated and friendly Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining the shop's appearance, and ensuring a smooth operation of the convenience store.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure the shop is well-maintained and clean.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the fuel attendants and other staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
