Duties and Responsibilities
SHIPPING CLERK: -Clearing Documentation -Preparing all documentations and tariffing for use by freight agencies -To add clearance and duty payments for imported goods Bonded Warehouse -Responsible for maintaining the register and the documents accurately in accordance with Zimra regulations. -To be present and assist Zimra inspections for bonded warehouse Zimra Liaison -To liaise with Zimra on all issues relating to customs clearing procedures -To provide documentation as may be requested by Zimra, Transportation -To monitor and ensure that goods are safely removed from any vehicle into the bonded warehouse.
