job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for this position that has arisen at our Golden Stairs Branch, reporting to the After Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties Include
• Process bookings, schedule appointments, and manage workshop capacity.
• Prepare accuate cost estimates, quotes, and invoices for customers.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entiy, filing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Depattment.
• Maintain accurate records, teports, and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with CFAO's policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and conces.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful incumbent should have the following attributes:
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
• Part B ACCA/CIS or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accuately, attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes (desirable).

• Detail-oriented: Accurate, precise, and thorough in wotk.
• Organized: Manages multiple tasks, prioritizes, and maintains accuate secords.
• Proactive: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and resolves issues promptly.
