Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
- Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- CPD Certification in Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse or equivalent is an added advantage
