About the Role As the Senior Director of Field Innovation, you’ll spearhead a bold vision under our global strategy, Our Promise. You’ll lead the Field Innovation agenda. Discover, Scale, Harvest and champion Continuous Improvement throughout the partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Field Innovation Strategy: Refine and promote a robust framework for field- and child-centred innovation, including tools to identify, fund, and scale local solutions. -Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive strategy and capacity building in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement, integrating with innovation processes. -Advisory & Capacity Support: Mentor leaders, facilitate training programmes (White to Black Belt certifications), and support organisational agility across the globe. -Knowledge Management: Build systems for knowledge sharing, innovation registries, and best practice documentation. -Strategic Communication: Capture and share success stories and innovation results across internal and external platforms.

Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior field-facing roles within development and humanitarian settings. -Strong leadership in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. -Bachelor’s degree in Development, Business, Engineering, Quality, or related field. -Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt. -Fluent in spoken and written English. -Ability to travel up to 33% globally. -Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
