About the Role
As the Senior Director of Field Innovation, you’ll spearhead a bold vision under our global strategy, Our Promise. You’ll lead the Field Innovation agenda. Discover, Scale, Harvest and champion Continuous Improvement throughout the partnership.
Your focus? Empower teams in the field. Equip leaders to test ideas, scale what works, and build structures for lasting innovation that directly improves the lives of children and communities.
-Field Innovation Strategy: Refine and promote a robust framework for field- and child-centred innovation, including tools to identify, fund, and scale local solutions.
-Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive strategy and capacity building in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement, integrating with innovation processes.
-Advisory & Capacity Support: Mentor leaders, facilitate training programmes (White to Black Belt certifications), and support organisational agility across the globe.
-Knowledge Management: Build systems for knowledge sharing, innovation registries, and best practice documentation.
-Strategic Communication: Capture and share success stories and innovation results across internal and external platforms.
Ad
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior field-facing roles within development and humanitarian settings.
-Strong leadership in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Bachelor’s degree in Development, Business, Engineering, Quality, or related field.
-Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-Ability to travel up to 33% globally.
-Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
