Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating menu ensuring variety and quality. - Carrying out food costing. - Ordering and monitoring food supplies. - Preparing high quality dishes. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen. - Working unsupervised and delivering quality food.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidates should have: •A proven track record in high-end restaurants or hotels. •Diploma, certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent •Trade tested to at least Class One level. •Experience in either pastry or Saucier roles, with a focus on innovation and quality.
