Join our team as a Security Supervisor and become a crucial guardian of our clients’ safety. You’ll oversee daily security operations, ensuring that the environment of our clients remains secure. Your responsibilities involve not only supervising the security team but also maintaining and enforcing vital security protocols. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing potential risks and strategizing to neutralize threats.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring efficient task completion.
Devise and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard our clients and their
assets.
-Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and
vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction.
-Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during
security emergencies.
-Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.
-Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive
reports with improvement recommendations.
-Collaborate with Genius Security management and clients to integrate security measures
to ensure clients’ safety.
-Maintain customer relationship with clients.
-And perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

-Certificate or Diploma in Security Management or any related qualification.
-Minimum of one year proven relevant experience in a security supervisory role.
-Previous experience in law enforcement, military or private security is highly desirable.
-Class 3 Driver’s Licence.
-Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
-Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking and
responding to emergencies.
