Position: Security Guards x 10 A Kwekwe based gold mining company intends to recruit Security Guards.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, the Security Guards will be responsible for: -Securing premises and personnel by patrolling the perimeter -Manning the main gate, permitting entrance or restricting trespassers, keeping of log and time books Sounding alarms preventing theft and damages of property -Reporting irregularities and informing visitors of policy and regulations -Adhere to safety codes as required by the regulations -Enforcing compliance on PPE in the plant and carrying out safety checks around the Mine perimeter -Communicating properly with the workers on shifts -Any other duties as instructed by Superiors.
Qualifications and Experience
-A high school qualification or equivalent with ability to read and write. -A qualification in security training. -Basic first aid skills would be advantageous. -Physical strength and fitness. -Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous. -Attention to detail -Age range: 45 years and below.
