CMED Private Limited is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill the position of Secretary / Receptionist. The selected candidate will report to the Human Resource Officer.
-Receive all telephone calls promptly, adhering to professional best practices.
-Ensure courteous routing of calls from the public, clients, and staff members in a timely manner.
-Harmoniously and respectfully direct clients to the required staff members.
-Type all correspondences from Management and staff.
-Control the movement of correspondences until they reach the Originator.
-Take minutes during Management meetings.
-Book appointments for the Regional Manager.
-Maintain a diary for the Regional Manager's appointments and other business schedules.
-Receive visitors and guide them to relevant offices.
-Maintain the reception area in a neat and tidy condition.
-5 "O" level passes, including Mathematics and English language.
-Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an equivalent qualification.
-ICDL certification will be an added advantage.
-2-3 years of relevant experience.
