-Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site. -Ensuring a stable base for scaffolding. -Erecting scaffolding poles. -Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures. -Laying planks for workers to walk on. -Fixing guard rails and safety netting. -Dismantling scaffolding when a project is complete. -Performs any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
-Worker Exemplary Certificate as a scaffolder -At least 2 years of working experience as a scaffolder -Experience in a tertiary institution would be an added advantage
Person Specification -The ability to multitask. -The ability to stand for extended periods. -Ability to work after normal working hours. -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Exceptional customer service skills. -Effective verbal and written communication skills.
