SAP FICO Consultant
-The Incumbent will be responsible to the Head information System.

Basic Function
-Designs, implements and deploys SAP solutions to enable the business to manage its financial data.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Configures and maintains financial accounting components in the S/4 HANA system, which includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and bank. accounting.
-Ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, adherence to financial principles and standards, and generation of accurate financial statements.
-Configures and manages controlling components in the S/4 HANA system, such as cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis. Sets up controlling structures and processes to enable effective cost tracking, budgeting, and decision- making.
-Participates in global rollouts and new implementations including process and system design, configuration, integration testing, user training, and post go-live support in a global SAP instance
-Analyses complex business processes and provides consultation to users regarding processes and procedures to ensure the business achieves maximum efficiencies out of SAP
-Facilitates business process discussions and translation of business requirements into configuration and technical development specifications.
-Collaborates with other functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the 5/4 HANA FICO module and other modules, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM) etc.
-Performs system regression testing for new releases or upgrades to SAP
-Leads and supports all FICO related activities, including supervision of other consultants
-Creates documentation suitable for internal systems control and end users which
includes functional and technical specifications, and training materials
-Prepares test plans and scripts and perform unit, integration, and regression testing
-Provides oversight to integration points with other functional areas/ SAP modules and supports
end-to-end supply chain Provides ongoing support and maintenance for the S/4 HANA FICO module.

Troubleshoot
-issues, resolve user problems, perform system enhancements, and apply necessary patches and
updates.
-Communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Completes all related tasks as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience

-A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
-5 years working experience as a SAP FICO
-SAP certification in Finance
-Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from blueprint to go live for Fl and CO modules
-Functional expert in ECC 6.0/54 HANA and FICO with cross functional skills with PP/MM/SD.

Competencies
-Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module and its integration with other SAP modules.
-Hands on experience in the implementation of SAP FICO solutions, including configuration and customization.
-Proficiency in financial accounting principles and processes.
-Good understanding of business processes and financial reporting requirements.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Project management experience is a plus.
