SAP BUSINESS SYSTEM SUPPORT OFFICER-HCM (GRADE D2)

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist business understand SAP system or SAP HCM module capabilities.
Gather business requirements for the respective SAP HCM modules.
Define gaps between business requirements and as-is SAP HCM module solutions.
Satisfy business requirements by configuring SAP HCM solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities
Work with ABAP and Integration developers to identify and implement custom solutions as required by business.
Define and Create test case scenarios for business users for the various modules.
Test and deploy solutions to production systems in conjunction with key module owners and users.
Train the SAP HCM end users, where necessary and preparing end user training material.
Documents SAP HCM processes and prepare progress reports.
Keep informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings.
Utilize SAP HCM software to determine and communicate changes needed in business processes.
Participate in managing SAP HCM system application security solutions.
Provides day-to-day technical systems support to users for all financial and HR/payroll applications.
Create, maintain, update, and distribute written documentation SAP HCM manual for users.
Perform acceptance testing of new and/or modified SAP HCM customisations by developing test data and calculating expected results; execute programs and procedures, reviews output and evaluate systems.
Act as an information resource to employees concerning SAP HCM module, researches and resolves problems.
Troubleshoot SAP module (HCM) problems and takes corrective action.
