A reputable local company in Harare is looking for five (5) Sales Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and selling products to civil servants on credit. Job Description The Sales Representatives will focus on reaching out to civil servants, presenting products available on credit terms, and ensuring sales targets are met while building lasting client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Market and sell company products specifically to civil servants on credit. -Identify and approach potential customers within the civil service sector. -Explain credit facilities, payment plans, and product details clearly to clients. -Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. -Maintain accurate records of sales agreements and client accounts. -Provide after-sales support and follow-up with clients on payment schedules. -Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum of 5 O’ Levels including English. -Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field is an added advantage. -Previous experience in sales, particularly credit-based selling, is desirable. -Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. -Must be based in Harare and available to start immediately.
