Duties and Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

Find potential customers through phone, email and other remote communication tools, and make initial contact and follow-up.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and drive the conversion of sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, handle customer inquiries and after-sales service issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Set and achieve sales targets, monitor personal performance, and ensure sales growth.
Study market trends and competitors, collect feedback information, and optimize sales strategies.
Submit sales reports regularly, analyze sales data, and report progress and performance to management.

Qualifications and Experience

Job requirements:

High school or undergraduate degree or above, marketing, business management or related majors are preferred.
At least 1 year of sales experience, those with remote sales experience are preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trusting relationships with customers.
Self-driven, with good organizational and time management skills.
Able to work efficiently in a remote work environment and have problem-solving skills.
