job Description

We are a leading marketing agency seeking to recruit DYNAMIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN Sales Representatives for a trader listing drive and sales activation campaign for a premium FMCG brand in Zimbabwe. The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding the product’s market presence by IDENTIFYING, ENGAGING, AND ONBOARDING/LISTING TRADERS WHILE DRIVING SALES GROWTH.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Persuade traders to purchase and stock the product against competitors.
• Utilize a trader listing app efficiently for real-time data capture.
• Ensure daily sales reconciliation (Opening Stock - Sales = Closing Stock).
• Conduct independent stock counts to verify accuracy with theoretical stock levels in the system.
• Manage sales transactions, ensure daily banking of cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets set by the company.
• Travel extensively across Zimbabwe and spend days or weeks in trade as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid & clean driver’s license (compulsory).
• A formal Sales or Marketing qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and sales tracking software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Should be available to start immediately.
