Accessories World, a vehicle maintenance and repair company in Harare CBD (spray painting, panel beating, mechanical services), is looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative / Business Development Assistant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Actively seek out new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and direct marketing efforts.
Confidently pitch our comprehensive vehicle maintenance services (spray painting, panel beating, etc.) to potential clients, including fleet managers, insurance companies, and individual car owners.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Conduct field marketing and regular client visits to understand needs and promote our services.
Meet and exceed sales targets for service bookings and corporate contracts.
Qualifications and Experience
Marketing/ Business Studies Qualification Proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, and conducting client visits.
Knowledge of or a strong interest in the automotive repair and maintenance industry.
Confident and outgoing personality, comfortable with pitching services and building rapport in person.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
