VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING OFFICER A reputable company (Sutherland Pastures) involved in livestock production, meat processing, and agro-based retail is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
Our operations include direct-to-customer sales, corporate supply, and retail distribution of high-quality pork, poultry, and related products.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Drive sales growth across all customer segments (wholesale, retail, and corporate). -Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both digital and physical. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. -Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. -Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy. -Produce weekly and monthly sales reports. -Coordinate branding and promotional activities including activations and product bundling.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements: -Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or agro-based industries. -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage. -A valid driver’s license is an added advantage. -A professional course or degree is required. -In-depth knowledge in Sales and Marketing is a requirement. -Matured candidates only as it’s a fast-paced and results-oriented workforce. -Age 28+
