Palawani Lakeworld Resort, a growing agro-tourism company and a subsidiary of Mejrkh Holdings, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. ● Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. ● Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our broadcasting services and products. ● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. ● Reporting: Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with brand goals. ● Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. ● At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism industry. ● Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques. ● Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing marketing materials. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. ● Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
