Duties and Responsibilities
-Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth -Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base -Leading and supervising the sales team to achieve targets -Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors -Monitoring market trends and competitor activities -Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management -Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling key client accounts -Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications and Experience
-Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field -Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint, construction, or manufacturing industry -Strong leadership and team management skills -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Results-driven with a strong business mindset -Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Remuneration: -A salary package plus commission on sales
