Duties and Responsibilities

-Conduct market research to identify potential customers in rural areas.
-Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
-Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
-Actively seek new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
-Achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications and Experience

-Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in rural areas or similar environments.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
-Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
-Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within rural areas.
-Knowledge of the local language or dialect in rural areas is a plus.
