Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and service-driven Sales Clerk to join our dynamic retail team in Epworth.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. - Engage with customers and promote products and services. - Process sales transactions accurately. - Handle cash and other forms of payment responsibly. - Maintain accurate sales and transaction records. - Assist with stock handling and product availability. - Ensure the sales area is clean, organised and presentable. - Respond professionally to customer enquiries and concerns. - Support the team in achieving sales targets. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements - Age: 18–35 years. - Diploma or Degree. - Strong customer-service and communication skills. - Basic computer literacy. - Good numeracy and cash-handling ability. - Sales orientation and the ability to engage customers effectively. - Integrity and strong attention to detail. - Willingness and ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. - All suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
