A reputable company in Harare is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill in the position of a Sales Clerk. We are looking for an enthusiastic and service- driven Sales Clerk to join our dynamic retail team. Age: 18-35 Sex: Male/Female Location: Dema and Mutoko
Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist customers by providing product information, processing sales, and handling inquiries. -Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales area. -Accurately process cash, card, and mobile money transactions. -Monitor stock levels, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in stock counts. -Keep accurate records of sales, receipts, and customer transactions. -Support promotional and marketing activities within the store. -Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. -Report sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory issues to supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
-Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing (or related field). -Previous experience in retail or sales will be an added advantage. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. -Good organizational and record-keeping skills. -Basic computer literacy and knowledge of POS systems. -A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
