Sales representatives are responsible for promoting sales of the company's products or services, developing new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. The main goal of this position is to increase sales, achieve the company's sales goals, and increase market share.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Responsible for answering customer inquiries, answering customer questions, providing product information and service consultation, and maintaining good customer relationships. Order Processing:
Assist the sales team in processing customer orders, including order entry, confirmation, follow-up shipments and after-sales service, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of orders. Sales Data Management:
Collect, organize and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, support the sales team in performance analysis and provide decision-making data. Market Research:
Assist in market research, collect industry trends and competitor information, and support the formulation of sales strategies. Data Preparation:
Prepare various materials and documents required for sales, including quotations, contracts and other sales support materials. Sales Team Collaboration:
Actively participate in sales team meetings and activities, assist team members in achieving sales goals, and jointly promote performance growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in sales assistant, customer service or sales is preferred. Communication skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Organizational skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks, and good time management skills. Data analysis skills:
Familiar with Excel and other office software, with basic data analysis skills, able to make relevant reports. Teamwork spirit:
