As a Sales Representative , you will have to serve as the point contact between a business and its clients and you are titled to have some responsibilities that includes identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting the existing clients with information that relates to product and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
-As a sales representative, you are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales. -Present, promote and sell products using solid argument to existing and prospective customers -Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships -Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction -Achieve agreed upon sale targets and outcomes within schedule -Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. -Continuously improve though feedback
Qualifications and Experience
-1 year experience as a sales and markerting representative -Proficiency in Microsoft office -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills -Familiarity with BRM AND CRM practices
