PURPOSE To provide support in brand management, drive sales and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with market research, keep up with customer trends, forecast future trends, competitor and customer insights analysis. • Collaborate with team members in developing strategies and manage marketing campaigns in print, broadcast, and online platforms and build credibility of brands. • Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots. • Assist with product design and development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities and maintain branding consistency. • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. • Communicate with customers and respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. • Provide friendly and efficient services to visitors/customers and callers. • Organising press releases, preparing media kits, develop advertising and marketing communications material and prepare articles for corporate newsletters. • Provide administrative support to management. • Any other duty assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Any relevant qualifications. • Someone with passion in sales and marketing. • A minimum of 5 O’ Level passes including English. • Excellent computer literacy skills particularly in Ms Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. • Excellent interpersonal communication and presenting skills. • Good report writing skills.
