Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new customers
Develop business opportunities with existing customers to increase repeat sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
Manage customer interactions via walk-ins and phone inquiries.
Provide stock requirement appraisals to management.
Enhance the company’s online presence through social media marketing.
Organize meetings between management and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and ensure proper handover to customers.
Maintain accurate filing of all relevant sales documentation.
Identify training needs for customers and conduct training sessions as necessary.
Foster and manage strategic business relationships.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Compile and submit comprehensive sales reports to management.
Participate in trade exhibitions and public shows to showcase products.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance.
Gather customer feedback and implement effective communication channels.
Research new market opportunities, both locally and internationally.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
