Duties and Responsibilities

 Leading the development & execution of the company’s sales & marketing strategy, to ensure achievement of sales and marketing targets, profitability & business growth
 Contributing information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies
 Help to detail, design and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
 Establish, develop, and maintain excellent business and customer relationships through superior customer service
 Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers and answer questions about products and services benefits
 Ensures improved customer relations & expansion of current customer base
 Identify & exploit business opportunities with existing & potential customers
 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise customer satisfaction
 Negotiating & Closing Deals to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
 Co-ordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
 Manage assigned company digital marketing platforms consistently and develop and implement strategies to generate sales from these channels.
 Determine market potential & gather market intelligence
 Ensure quality control checks are done on all vehicles before release to customers
 Create and present regular performance reports for managers and executives
 Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
 Identify, prepare and travel to meet clients and attend exhibitions
 Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
