We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive at Asia Direct Africa for our new Harare satellite office, specialising in freight, shipping, warehousing, and product sourcing companies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets - Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns. - Building a healthy relationship with the clients. - Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. - Create quality client relationships for long-term partnerships. - Ability to identify and seek new business opportunities. - Taking feedback from the clients and growing the client database - Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms. -Creating demand for our services -Creating a budget plan -Ability to set strategies and be implemented within agreed time plans
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field. - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing strategies. - A result-driven and organized individual. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. - Outstanding project management skills. - Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Good negotiation and sales skills. - Should be aged 27 years above. - A clean driver's license a must-have.
