Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations - Negotiate and close sales deals - Marketing: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans - Create compelling marketing content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers) - Manage and optimize our website, social media, and email marketing channels - Conduct market research and analyze customer insights
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry - Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns - Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills - Basic technical knowledge of software solutions and digital marketing tools - Experience in B2B sales and marketing preferred - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems - Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) - Familiarity with SEO principles and optimization techniques - Eloquence and strong communication skills - Self-driven and results-oriented - Basic technical knowledge of software solutions - Digital marketing expertise (paid social, email marketing, content marketing) - Graphics design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
