The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams in driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility. This role involves a combination of sales activities, market research, content creation, and customer engagement to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Support the sales team in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and closing deals. -Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels. -Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis. -Develop and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website. -Collaborate with the sales team to create presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. -Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements. -Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. -Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred. A minimum of 3 years -Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. -Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
