We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Administration Officer to support our sales team and manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and order processing.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

- Sales and Marketing qualification.
- Proven experience in Retail sales support and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
