Sales and Administration Officer - Genius Security

Duties and Responsibilities

-Performing research towards identifying potential sales leads and pitches.
-Negotiating contracts with potential clients and implementing strategies to attract new
clients.
-Identifying new market opportunities and development of strategies to grow
market share.
-Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
-Providing clients with quotations and invoices expediently.
-Answering and screening telephone calls, emails, social media and website messages
and comments.
-Coordinating e-marketing and social media presence and updating website content.
-Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to
company policies.
-Preparing, updating and maintaining documents, memos, PowerPoint presentations,
customer contact lists and directories.
-Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
And any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

-National Certificate / National Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management,
-Marketing, or related field is preferred.
-Minimum of one year proven relevant experience in customer relationship or marketing.
-Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
-Ability to network and represent the business at marketing events.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and the use of email.
