A leading African technology company is seeking experienced, results oriented Sales Agents to drive the market adoption of a modern School Management System and other enterprise digital solutions. The platform is designed to digitise and streamline school administration, finance, communication, and academic reporting for institutions across Africa. The company offers an attractive commission structure based on actual revenue collected, long term earning potential for consistent performers, access to sales tools, product training, and structured support, as well as clear opportunities to grow into senior agent or strategic partner roles. As part of an aggressive growth strategy, the company is expanding its sales footprint and inviting proven sales professionals to take these solutions to market.
The Job:
• Actively prospect, approach, and secure new clients.
• Conduct structured sales presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers
• Identify client needs and clearly position the company as a business solution, not just software
• Close deals and drive revenue, not just generate leads
• Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed clearly defined sales and collection targets
• Maintain professional client relationships to support retention and renewals
The Person:
Essential Requirements
• Proven sales experience – candidates must have sold successfully before (software, insurance, education services, telecoms, financial services, FMCG, or B2B solutions)
• Demonstrated ability to close sales, not just promote or market products.
• Clear track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and consistently deliver results.
• Confidence to engage school administrators, owners, and senior decision makers.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experienced sales agents or consultants.
• Individuals currently operating in commission based or performance driven sales.
• Professionals confident in field sales, presentations, and closing deals.
Added Advantage
• Experience selling software, systems, subscriptions, or digital services.
• Existing relationships within schools, education sector, or institutional environments.
• Solid understanding of performance‑based and commission‑led sales models.
