Purpose of the Job: We are looking for self-motivated individuals with exceptional negotiation skills who are passionate about sales and marketing. As a sales agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Gather market intelligence to identify new loan customers as well as explore potential markets. -Present, promote, and sell the Bank’s loan products using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers. -Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers. -Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. -Collaborate with the Retail Banking team to achieve collective sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience
-A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English -Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and marketing skills -Ability to work with numbers
