The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring that
potential clients understand the benefits of our platform called Total Urgent Health. The
role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills,
a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to achieve and exceed
sales targets
Service Provider Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential service providers, including doctors, clinics, and
healthcare facilities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with service providers to
explain the benefits of partnering with Total Urgent Health.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Relationship Management with Service Providers:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure
long-term partnerships.
• Act as the main liaison between Total Urgent Health and the service
providers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Regularly visit service providers to ensure satisfaction and identify
opportunities for service improvement or expansion.
Territory Management:
• Plan and manage daily schedules, routes, and visits to service providers in
your assigned territory.
• Ensure consistent coverage of the territory, visiting all potential and existing
service providers regularly.
• Track and report on territory performance, including the number of visits,
conversions, and revenue generated.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and
competitor activities within the healthcare sector.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team to help refine
service offerings and sales strategies.
• Identify gaps in the market and propose new service offerings or
partnerships to fill these gaps.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new
service providers into Total Urgent Health’s network.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional
strategies aimed at service providers.
• Provide regular feedback to product development teams on service provider
needs and preferences.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, client
interactions, and market conditions.
• Track personal sales targets and report on key performance indicators
(KPIs).
Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
o Relevant certifications in sales is a plus.
