Core purpose of the role
Maintain and manage the sales customer relationship to ensure attraction of prospective customers, enhanced experience and customer retention.
Key deliverables and outputs
Strategic/Financial
Continuously grow and create an awareness of the Avis brand in order to improve the market share of Avis.
Effectively deliver on agreed customer SLA’s in order to meet and exceed the customer(s) requirement and set KPA’s.
Identify, minimise and manage risk (sustainability; financial stability; etc.) as well as communicate this information to the relevant stakeholders (Key Accounts Managers/Admin Manager/Tender Manager/Financial Risk Manager) to enable an understanding and an enhancement of any future strategy for the customer/business.
In collaboration with Key Account Managers, participate in the forecasting of growth and replacement orders and manage over term/over kilometers contracts.
Operational
Engage with existing and prospective customers to ensure that value-added products are on-boarded in line with business requirements
Manage the process resulting from any legislative changes to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
Manage and enhance the day-to-day operational customer requirements (i.e. follow-up on settlements, reassessments, MRAs, etc.) in order to enhance customer experience and ensure retention.
On an ad hoc basis, assist in the administrative process related to tenders for business growth for current customers
Maintain customer visibility and ensure that all customer onsite policies/requirements are adhered to.
Stakeholders (internal & external customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities)
Develop working relationships with customers and internal departments (Operations, Finance & Risk, Marketing), in order to offer the complete solution to the customer.
Maintain best service levels to promote an enhanced customer experience
Build customer loyalty by exceeding the customer’s expectations thereby creating a positive customer experience.

The role requires close engagement and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications
Essential:
Grade 12
Valid Driver’s License.
Advantageous:
Fleet Management Qualification.
Work Experience
Essential:
Minimum 3 Years broad exposure to finance and value-added products
2-3 years broad leasing Operations administration experience
Broad exposure to specific departments (e.g. Risk, Finance, Legal, IT and Operations)
Broad experience communicating at different levels (internally & externally)
Advantageous:
1-2 years Customer Admin experience
Broad exposure to financial lease calculations
Basic Automotive Industry experience.
