Duties and Responsibilities
-Assisting in processing payroll for University staff in accordance with established policies and procedures; -Responding to payroll inquiries and resolving any discrepancies; -Payroll data entry and maintenance; -Assisting in preparation of payroll reports and audits as required; -Collaborating with other Human Resource Sections to ensure accurate payroll data collection and reporting; -Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring proper filing of such; -Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. -Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Police clearance is mandatory for successful candidates.
Qualifications and Experience
-Diploma in Payroll Management from a reputable and recognised institution; -Five (5) Ordinary level passes including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts; -One (1) year post qualification experience in payroll processing and administration is a requirement; -Experience working in a University set up and proficiency in Belina payroll software would be added advantages.
