PROJECT BASED VACANCY
Our client, a leading Road Construction company in Zimbabwe, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the position below for an upcoming project in Mberengwa.
Position: Road Works Foremen (2 Posts)

Duties and Responsibilities

General Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Physically fit and willing to work in remote project locations.
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Good interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.

Qualifications and Experience

-At least 5 years' proven experience in road construction.
-Demonstrated experience in Road Tack Coat and Chip Seal operations.
-Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
-Ability to interpret road construction drawings and specifications.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
