Qualifications and Experience
-At least 5 years' proven experience in road construction. -Demonstrated experience in Road Tack Coat and Chip Seal operations. -Strong leadership and supervisory skills. -Ability to interpret road construction drawings and specifications. -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
