Retail Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to production departments to inform product development and fill gaps in product lines
- Prepare and manage budgets, plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient retail operations
- Oversee the distribution and merchandising of products in stores, ensuring alignment with store profiles and merchandise classification
- Lead and coordinate teams of store and district managers to achieve retail goals and objectives
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the retail team

Qualifications and Experience

- Degree or equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management in Zimbabwe, with at least 2 years at a senior management level
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends and conditions
