Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Manage front-of-house operations, including seating, reservations, and waitlist management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency

Qualifications and Experience

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
