The role of Relief Driver is pivotal, demanding excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach. The ideal candidate should maintain a life balance, inspiring fellow employees to contribute to the global achievement of organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Relief Driver is responsible for providing reliable and safe driving services along with administrative support. This role demands the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and a profound understanding of protocol while ensuring compliance with driving rules and regulations. A client-oriented approach, courtesy, tact, and the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential qualities.

Qualifications and Experience

-Minimum of 5 'O' Levels, including English language.
-Clean class 4 driver's license.
-Mandatory defensive driving certificate.
-At least 2 years of work experience as a driver in an NGO or donor-funded organization with a safe driving record.
-Basic skills in vehicle maintenance.
-Knowledge of logistics and health and safety.
-Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-Studying towards CILT or possessing CILT certification is an added advantage.
