-Clean class 4 driver's license.
-Mandatory defensive driving certificate.
-At least 2 years of work experience as a driver in an NGO or donor-funded organization with a safe driving record.
-Basic skills in vehicle maintenance.
-Knowledge of logistics and health and safety.
-Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-Studying towards CILT or possessing CILT certification is an added advantage.
