The Union Zimbabwe Trust is seeking a highly skilled Regional MEL Specialist to join our dynamic team, to deliver on a new USAID 5-year funded Programme.
Contribute to annual and quarterly planning, support project implementation, monitoring progress towards achieving set objectives and evaluate program effectiveness.
Support timely consolidation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual Programme reports in line with Funder requirements.
Collection, analysis, and reporting on project data, assuring data quality and integrity.
Strengthening the capacity of regional teams in MEL techniques and data analysis.
Supporting development and updating of relevant national reporting tools and guidelines.
A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field. A post qualification in Public health, would be an added advantage.
At least 5 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of TB programmes or public health programme, with demonstratable understanding of Ministry of Health and Child Care, National TB Programme
Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools and strong technical writing skills.
