We are looking for business development managers in various regions in Zimbabwe, and we look forward to your joining!

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development: Promote car sales in the region and develop new business opportunities.
Market Analysis: Study market trends and develop regional sales strategies.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with key customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance.
Team Management: Lead sales team, provide training and support.
Reporting: Provide sales reports and business analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, marketing or related majors preferred.
Experience: More than 3 years of automotive sales experience, more than 1 year of management experience.
Skills:
Strong business development and account management capabilities
Team leadership skills
Good communication skills
