Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should:

Have a minimum of six (6) points at A' level and 5 'O' level passes with grade 'C' or better including English Language and Mathematics, any higher qualification will be an added advantage.

Be aged between 18 - 22 years for 'A' level holders and up to 26 years for those with Diplomas .and/or Degrees.
Be single

Have a minimum height of 1,65m for males and 1,55m for females.:
Weigh not less than 55 kgs for males and 53 kgs for females.

Successful candidates will undergo selection at the Zimbabwe Military Academy in Gweru followed by 21 months training. On completion of the course, candidates will be commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the Zimbabwe National Army.
