We are looking for a careful and reliable teller to join our financial team. As a teller, you will be responsible for the management of the company's daily financial affairs and ensure the accurate and efficient operation of funds.
Duties and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the processing of daily cash and bank transactions, including collection, payment and record keeping Maintain and update cash journals and bank statements to ensure accurate accounts Process payments, collections and related accounts of suppliers and customers Prepare and submit financial reports, including daily, weekly and monthly cash flow reports Process employee reimbursement and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies Assist in financial settlement and audit work at the end of the month and year Maintain financial documents and records to ensure compliance and easy to find Assist the Finance Manager to complete other finance-related tasks and projects
Qualifications and Experience
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, finance, accounting or related majors are preferred At least 1 year of relevant work experience, cashier or accounting function experience is preferred Familiar with financial software and office software (such as Microsoft Excel, Word) Good mathematical ability and meticulous work attitude Integrity and reliability, with good professional ethics
